How It Works

1. Telephone Interview
First, we get important information over the phone. This includes location, type of pest, duration of infestation, damage being done, existing control methods, hours of operation, etc.

2. Remote Site Survey
Next, we take a look at your site from space. Using Google Earth, we view your site from above. This allows us to see things like topography, proximity of your site to other businessess or homes, layout of the business property, elevation, etc. These are all important items, and help us understand whether or not your site is appropriate for our types of pest management.

3. On-site Visit
The next logical step is to visit your site personally, and see exactly where the pests are, and the actual damage they're doing.  This site survey confirms whether or not our service is right for your location, and whether or not we can help you. At this stage, we look for pest burrows/nests, runways, food and water sources and infrastructure near the proposed work areas.

4. Scheduling and Permits
If we think our service can help you, and you wish to hire us, we set up a schedule with you that is based on the times the troubling pest is active. (i.e. Ground squirrels and pocket gophers are active morning and afternoon, whereas Roof Rats are active at night. Pigeons are dealt with day or night, depending upon your site). At this point, we also acquire any permits or authorizations required.

Our work sometimes  requires coordination with site staff. This allows us to have access to required areas, and to be sure no employees will be in the area we are working.

For some obvious infestations, a separate site survey, (Step 3) is not required in advance. We simply schedule the time to do the work.

5. Pest mitigation
On the agreed-upon days, our staff visit your site and begin to diminish the population of your pests. How long we are on-site depends on several factors, including the type of pest, number involved, hours of your operation, weather, etc.

6. Post Work and Clean Up
We always leave your site cleaner than we found it. All pests are disposed of off-site, with the exception of those dispatched in their below-ground collapsed burrows.
